Hump-bosh got its name because there is a rath in the field the shape of a hump_ The owner of the field is Mr. Milline_
The Four-Hole_Mouse Trap _ is situated about three miles from Kilcullen. Years ago there was a four-roomed-house in it_ then room was called "hole"_ Four families lived in the house in one in each hole _ hence the name.
Tobair Rogan is the name of a field about two miles from the town_ There is a hilllock in the field and a well on top of it.
The Sally Gardens is situated about a mile from Killcullen_ Once the field was planted with Sally trees_ but they have all been cut away. - The Sheep - Green_ in Kilcullen was in olden times a fair-green_ The field is about a hundred yards from the top of the hill.
