“There used to be a market in Robertstown...”
There used to be a market in Robertstown and a fair in Miss Gregg's in Kilmeague and that field is still called "The Green". The old people used to buy their goods after Mass that would do for the week. Sometimes they would swop milk, eggs, and tea, for sugar and sometimes they used to work, and the man they would work for (wood) would(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
