Ar an leathanach seo
- Drumsword is a very hilly townland and is big. There are many rivers running through it and there is one lough. There are many trees and shrubs around it and is also a fort in which many rabbits live.
There is one family living in it, the McMahons. The Catholic church is situated in the townland. The people neighbouring it make their living by sheep, cattle and crops because the land is very good.
There are the ruins of two houses in it. There is a big stone beside one of the old houses and it is said that the fairies used to live under it in old times. The roads are there yet but they are grown over with grass.
There are names on a few fields, the green gate meadow, the Daisy hill, the Well field and the Quarry field.
