Long ago the country was full of dairies and there was no such thing as creameries. The people had to make their butter at home. When people would go in to houses after the churn being made they would get butter milk to drink and they would get a taste of the butter only for it was too scarce. There was an old story told to me by my Grandmother that(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
