The very religious person in the parish was John Kennelly, who lived in Kilbaha. He was so holy, that he was asked by the priest to say the Rosary every Sunday in the Chapel. He was never seen going the road without the Rosary Beads in his hands and he praying. He had a large family and they were all very lucky in this world. He was so holy that the neighbours christened him the "Pope". He lived to be a very old age and died a very happy death at home.
