  1. Long ago there was a tailor in Dromin. He had a boy working for him. The boy (said) used to get nothing to eat. He used to carry around parcels from house to house for the tailor. The boy said he would do everything the tailor asked him to do if he got enough to eat. One night the tailor told him to go to the grave yard at two o'clock for a skull. In these times they used to leave the skulls on top of the grave. He came to the grave yard. He took a skull in his hand. A voice said "Leave that one there it belongs to my Mother". He handled another one. A voice said to him "Leave that one there it belongs to my Father", and so on. He grasped one of them and said, "They all can't belong to ye". He ran to the tailor's house with it. He put it on the table and said, "Here is it for you and they are on after me for
