    Then it was scutched which baked the hard shell on it. Next it was taken to the hackler who separated it into two parts, coarse flax and fine flax.
    Then it was taken home, and spun into thread, coarse thread and fine thread.
    Next it was taken to the weavers who wove it into linen, coarse linen and fine linen.
    This linen was made into shirts, sheets and many different things.
