    Long ago it is said that there was a very old man and women living in a house in Kilcoosey. It is said that when they died they had a lot of money and jewels. Then after their death a hare could be seen running in and out through the door and window. One day all the young boys and they said they would catch the hare. Within the boy saw the hare out they put the dogs on her, but when the hare dogs got up to the hare they only started to play with her. The boys were very angry and they said they would kill her themselves. They did so and when they did it a women
