    8. In Rossdaule there is a square fort surrounded by black thorn bushes.
    One day Owen griffin went to cut a bush to put in a gap. He first cut the hanging branches and then started to cut the tree but the hatchet was taken out of his hand and he never saw it again.
    9. In Morgans land in Keelogues there is another old fort. One day a crowd of men were saving hay about a mile away. a whirlwind came along and raised one of the men's waistcoat and carried it to the fort. at dinner time the owner went to get it but just then he saw it coming back on the air again.
