  2. Making Creels

    Men cut the rods in the woods. It is hazel rods that are cut. Some men stick the rods in the ground. Creels are made in the Winter. Creels are useful for holding potatoes. The sides of the creel are made first. Then the bottom of it is made. There are windows put in the side of the creel. A hanger is put in the creel also. The mouth-hoop of the [creel] is the most particular part of the creel.
