  1. Seán na Sagart used to be killing all the priests he could and he used to get five pounds for every priest's head. The goverment was not satisfied with him because he was not killing more priests so he thought of a plan to kill the priest of the parish. He said to his wife one day that he was going to die and he told her to go for the priest. When he came Seán jumped out of bed and followed him with a spear. The priest was a good supple man and he got away. There was a man lying under a bank. Seán fired his spear at the priest and it stuck in the bank. Sean tripped and fell and they jumped ontop of him and killed him. He was buried in Ballintubber and there is a big tree growing over his grave.
