  1. There are about five wells in this district
    1. At Ballygornam (St Patrick's)
    2. At Aughagower (St Patrick's)
    3. At Cushen (St Anne's)
    4. At Lankill (St Patrick's)
    5. At Ayle (St Patrick's)
One of these holy wells is a cure for sore eyes. There are no relics left at any of these wells. The stations at (St Anne's) are performed on two Mondays and a Wednesday. The station must be commenced at a big rock and part of it done on the knees. There must be seven rounds done round the wall outside the well and three rounds inside the wall of the well.
