    There is a fort in the land of John Stack Killcolman Astee and the following story is told about this fort. There was a man and he was mad. One night about twelve o'clock he asked another man to go with him to a fort that was near the place and that he would show him some large buildings. At first the man did not want to go but at last the madman persuaded him to go. So they went to the fort and the madman said certain words and a flag that was hidden in the grass rose up. then the madman named Paddy Sheehy told Mack Riley to go down the steps Paddy said some words and the flag rolled back again and Mick was never seen again.
