  2. Two Asses in Glangevlin
One harvest evening as I sat musing having ceased from labour at the approach of noon.
With contemplation for recreation I made my by the banks of Doon.
I was confounded you might say astounded to think two asses could scold and speak.
With rage unbounded quite plain compounded their words resounded across the lake.
You rat-faced creature says Reillys ranger what brought you here to torment me so.
You may thank the lake that it is between us or I would make you suffer before you would go.
You silly luggie we all humbug you you are so lazy and you walk so slow.
One mile an hour it is your power whilst down the road with your load you go
The loads I carry there not for Larry they are in service with her Majesty so you cease your brother you infernal rap.
