    The road to Shillelagh goes by the place and another road joins this road. The cross is called the "Tanyard Cross"
    The house is not there still it was thrown down long ago. A man by the name of Mr. Furlong is the owner of the field. In the middle of the field there is a big tree. There are many little humps of clay covered with grass they are the foundation of the house. There are about two acres in the field. On the ditches there are big trees which gave shelter to the house.
