  1. In all parts of the country there are different Marriage Customs. The Customs of our own district are
    The people generally get married before Shrove. The ceremony takes place early in the morning. After the ceremony the bride and bridegroom go to the home of the bride's parents. There they have breakfast. After that the marriage couple and some friends go for a drive. The car is decorated with ribbons and flowers. They are very festive looking.
    When they return at night the boys and girls of the country side are there to welcome them
