    The dog ran over to the fairies and when he went over he came back quicker and all the fairies went in under a big flat stone in the side of the fort.

  2. About three years ago a woman named Mrs Whelan was gathering sticks one Sunday near Guests fort. She was carried away by fairies and left at a nearby stile in another field. Next morning she was found lying at the stile and a bundle of sticks beside her. She was brought home, and died two days after.
