    and after the third bottle she was better. She is married at the present
    time, and is a fine strong woman.
    The father, some time afterwards,
    went to give the fee to Dr. Kelly.
    He asked him how his daughter
    was and he replied, "Oh doctor,
    it was the "herb-man" cured her."
    The doctor was not a bit satisfied,
    and said, "Nonsense, man isn't
    it out of herbs we all make our medicine"

  2. This is another case which happened later. Mrs. Howlin, Grange, Rathnure, was pining away for a long time. Her children are all in situations, and at this time she had one daughter, aged 13, at home minding her. Mrs Howlin was about 53 years of age. Her daughter, seeing she was disimproving every day,
