    4. And the farther the circle the nearer the storm.
    5. If the swallows fly high in the sky it is a sign of good weather.
    6. If the starlings or crows cluster together it is a sign of bad weather.
    7. If the curlewes cry it is a sign of rain.
    8. If a dog eats grass it is a sign of rain.
    9. If a cat scratches a pole it is a sign of rain.
    10. If a mountain is foggy or hard to see it is a sign of a bad day.
    11. If there is a fog out in the morning and it goes it is the sign of a bad day.
    12. If the frogs have a golden colour in Summer it is a sign of good weather.
    13. If beetles creep about the floor it is a sign of rain.
    14. If the soot falls down the chimney it is a sign
