    Mother of Mercy, Mother of grace
    Mary help of fallen race
    Shield me when the foe is nigh and
    receive me when I die.
    Oh Mary when we come to die
    Be thou, Thy Spouse and Jesus nigh
    And when, before our Judge we stand
    Our holy shield be Marys hand.
    Oh Mary let no child of thine
    In exile pine.
    As I walked out through the holy land
    I met the Blessed Virgin coming up with seven pious mass books in her hand
    Seven bells ringing
    Seven priests singing
    Open the gates of Heaven, and let in
    those poor suffering souls
    As it was on Good Friday.
