   One time there lived with a widow her son Jack. One night his mother wanted water. She had to go along way for the water. When she was going out to the [?] something told her to turn back. She came in and told her son "I will go mother" said her son. He went on to the well and when he told his mother what he was going to look for He got up the next morning and ate his breakfast and started off. In the evening he came to a farmer's house It was too late for him to begin to work When he got up the next morning
