    a big rag doll in the cradle and the girl started rocking it, and singing a lulaby. In came the King and he said. "Where is that girl." "She is rocking the poor sick baby said the mother. "Let me see the baby" said the King. And going over he took the clothes out of the cradle and a real baby was in the cradle. So the King went away and it is said that child became a Saint. A well appeared where the cradle was standing. St Kieran build his monastry beside it and it is called St Kieran's well.
