    About sixty years ago, excursionists always hired a car, called "the Tally-ho". It was a long car, drawn by four horses and it carried about fourteen people. There was a big fox painted on the back of it.

    Years ago, well-to-do people always wore Paisley shawls, which were very expensive. There was a special knack in folding them.
    About sixty years ago all the men even the ordinary working-men used turn out on Sundays in tall hats and long-tailed coats.
