made many prayers and some of these prayers still exist.
A prayer which is said going to bed is
"As I lay down my head to sleep
I give my soul for God to keep
There are four corners on my bed
There are four angels round my head
    Mathew, Mark, Luke and John.
God bless the bed that I lie on."
Another prayer which is said at any time of the day is
    "Gentle Jesus meek and mild
    Pity me a little child
Make me humble as thou art
Bless my soul with heavenly grace
Till I behold Thy Glorious Face"
    Amen
