  1. The Wedding bells.
    I
The Sexton stood one Sabbath Morning
    With a belfry grand
Waiting a signal from the Church
With Bell rope in his hand
As in the house of worship stood
    A young and lovely pair
To pledge their throth for ever more
    Each others love to share
    /2/
Then down the ile there came
A man with quick and eager tread
And pointing to the trembling bride
    Those words he calmly said
"Those wedding bells shall not ring out
    She is an others bride"
I saw her at the altar rails we stood
    There side by side
