    They were told several times to remove it but they would not do it.
    When they did not obey a few men rushed out and seized the horses.
    Jack McGuire, a native blacksmith ran out and drew a jack-knife through the traces, letting the horses loose.
    They struck the clown and other members of the band, and kicked several of the instruments about.
    Three young-men were arrested, two of which were brothers.
