  1. Long ago St Senan had a bell and the bell fell from Heaven to him.
    It was used in courts for taking oats, one day there was a servant sent to St Senan for the bell.
    He got it and as he was coming home he threw the bell over the bridge because it was said if anybody told a false oath on the bell some misfortune would befall them.
    He did not like to take an oath on the bell so he threw the bell over the (over)
