“When I was a boy going to school I remember to hear my father...”
(ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)see who was the strange occupant. To my surprise it was the very same little man he had seen in the little house early that night.
He made a drive to come out but I pressed the lid down on him and tightened the screws.
Then I threw him in, closed the grave. When I had it closed a man on a horse and saddle came outside the wall and called me. I went out to him and to my surprise it was the man that carried me that night.
“home” says he “It’s about time for you to be at home. I got up and away we went until he ordered me down.
It was then I knew where I was, just in the same place as he had taken me before.
I started for home thinking it should be near day but just as I entered the clock struck twelve.
