  1. It is said that Wednesday is the luckiest day on which to married, and Saturday is the most unlucky day of the week. To be married on Tuesday the bride and bridegroom are supposed to be rich for the rest of their lives. There is an old rhyme.
    Monday for health,
    Tuesday for wealth,
    Wednesday the best day of all,
    Thursday for crosses,
    Friday for losses,
    and Saturday no luck at all.
    When people are moving from one house to another they move on Friday, and when people are starting to build a house they cut the first sod on a Friday because it is said to be lucky. People would not plant their crops on the 13th of a month because it is supposed to be unlucky. In the south of
