- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)for the fair of Cloughjordan. He got up early that morning to go to the fair. It was dark when he was going to the fair. His wife went to bed and she forgot to tell him to bring her a message. She jumped out of bed and went after him. She went across the fields and she was there before him. When he saw her he got afraid and he jumped out of the car and left the ass and the pig on the road and he went home. He locked the door and went to bed and he would not let his wife in until morning came.
