There is nothing ever in this world as changeable as the weather. Some people have great ideas to when the weather is going to change or perhaps have some weather guide.
Some old people are great judges of the weather. Some say that if the sun comes out glassy early in the morning that it will rain before night. When they see the first quarter of the moon and it lying on its back they usually say that the weather during that moon is not going to be fine.
