  1. Boil nettles for four hours strain off the water. A glass of this water taken before breakfast will remove any kind of impurities in the blood,
    Dandelion root will cure anything in the liver,
    Water-cress will cure any thing in the kidneys.
    A poultice of Slanlus will heal any kind of cut,
    The seeds of the ash trees worn in the stocking will cure rheumatism,
    A poultice of soap and sugar will cure boils,
    Soot and salt will cleanse peoples' teath
    Tansy will cure the pip in any kind of fowl,
    Holly leaves will make turkeys feather,
    Nettles will make ducks and hens feather.
    The young plants of buachalan will cure any kind of stomach truble in fowl.
    The juice of rologuch will cure red water in cattle
    Boil an old goose for twenty four h-ours It will cure dry murrain.
    Raw potatoes will cure kidney truble in horses,
    Soot and salt will cure the worm in a cows tail
