    Barony - Barrymore.
    No of Families - Ten.
    All family names are different.
    Population - Forty.
    Two thatched houses. Others slated.
    About fifty years ago houses were much more numerous.
    There are no ruins.
    The land is hilly and fair.
    The Fermoy wood 100 acres.
    In Ballyoran bogs a stream called the Sean Abha. Flows beside Castlelyons and into the Bride at Bridesbridge.
