    Down in the grass she shall kneel
    The grass grows high and the grass grows sweet
    Stand up straight upon your knees
    Choose the best girl you love so sweet."
    Now the girl in the centre takes with her into the ring the girl she likes best. The rest dance around again and say
    "Now they are married; Life and joy
    First to the girl and then goodbye."
    The second girl then takes the place of the first in the centre of the ring and the first girl joins the circle. Then the game is continued.
