  1. Food in Olden times
    The people in olden times ate only two meals a day. The breakfast at ten o clock and the dinner. The breakfast consisted of bread, butter, and milk Meal and mild was eaten at eh dinner. Potatoes were not eaten at every meal. They sat round the table in the centre of the floor. The table was not hung against the wall. Black bread was eaten. They used eat fresh meat and salt herrings. The used to use wooden vessels before cups came into use.
