    The name of the townland I am living in is Knockerourke which means Rourke's hill because long ago a man named O'Rourke owned the whole townland.

    The name of my townland is is Reandullane which means the plain of the the Pillar stones. There is a gollán in Benjamin Daly's yard. It is about six feet in height and three feet in circumference.
