    It was a bad way to cure diptheria because most of the children died with the shock.
    Boils were cured by boiling cuckle and making poultices.
    Fox tongue was for curing very severe burns. It was laid on the burned part.
    Worts were cured by going to the "Holy water stone" and rubbing some of the water to the worts.
    Toothaches were cured by going to Kilcrea Abbey and by saying a Rosary over the grave of the man who built the Abbey.
