Ar an leathanach seo
- My townland is Knocknahilan. It is in the parish of Kilmurry, and in the barony of Muskerry.
There are seven families in my townland. There are thirty one people in it. There are two people over seventy. Their names are Mr. and Mrs. Cullinane, Knocknahilan, Aherla, Co. Cork.
It is all slated houses are there now. They are built of stone and mortar. There were alot more houses before but the people emigrated to America. All the houses fell after a few years. There is not a trace of these houses to be seen now.
Knocknahilan got its name from a stream which is called the Hilan river. There is(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
