At Dunboy Castle the gentry of Ireland were dining. Some of the guests toasted to the most famous Irish names. One of the guests toasted to the O'Neills of Ulster. The Princess Beara rose and said:-

    Cá raibh Buarca,
    Cá raibh Carrolla,
    Cá raibh Mac Cárthaigh
    Óg Ládair calma,
    Cá raibh Mac Swiney
    Tá seanacaidheacht mar geall ar
Eoin le rádh go dtuibhradh Ó Néill Buidhe an barra leis.
