  1. St. Patricks Day
Long ago children used to wear crosses on their shoulders made of different colour ribbons on St. Patrick's Day.
At present people wear in honour of St. Patrick, harps, bows, rosettes, and badges, which they buy in shops.
These are made from green, white, and yellow ribbons. People also wear shamrock on that day. This is the parish of Oran.
People often get cured whey they are praying at the well.
