- There are many and various customs connected with Halloween in the place.
People hang their clothes in the four corners of the house and the man or woman they will marry will appear to them during the night.
The boys break and kick cabbage along the road on that night and throws it against the doors.
People say also that the blackberries and haws are not to be eaten after that night because they are tainted.
The people make a cake and put a nut in it and the one that will get the nut will never marry.
They also put a ring in a cake and the one that gets the ring will marry first.
