   from one house to another, they change on Friday because on that day Our Lord died on the cross and it is therefore called the lucky day.
   Whit Sunday is called "The Cross Day" of the year. People are crossed from going swimming or bathing on that day.
   On May Day people do not throw out ashes or dirty water. Neither do they lend even a grain of salt or take it back.
