    In Dernish Island, Parish of Ahamlish, County Sligo, there is a field named "log na Fearthainne." This was told by Peter Mulligan, Dernish Island aged forty five years.
    In the townland of Dernish Island, Parish of Ahamlish, County Sligo, there are four fields named "The trí Ruadhs". They are fields with a lot of little stones sticking up out of the ground. This was told by Michael Gillen, Dernish Island, aged fifty years.
