    Á chéóch duine gamhan sínte ar an dtalamh agus é ana bhreóidhte. Deireann na seana daoine piast atá leis.
    Sé an leigheas a dheinfeadh dó, an chéad duine do cheóch é, naoi bhuile de hata nó a chaipín a thabhairt dó; acht sé an rud is fearr a deinntear ná, cleas na phéiste. Beir ar an córda ar do láimh chlé, dein snaidhm le do láimh dheas, dhéin snaidhm eile.
    Cuir síos an córda tríd an snaidhm agus suas amach arís.

  2. In Lower Cromane there was a school until 1886 when a new school was built at Upper Cromane.
    Their is a grave yard for children who die without batism near the ruins of the school. Two boys one of their names was Michael Hurley. They lived in Island Stook.
    They used go home through the grave yard.
