  1. There is a fairy fort in Mr Wm Kells land of Killydrum overlooking Newtowngore bog and Derrinigann and Burren lough. There is another fort in Miss Telford farm in Killgorman in the county of Cavan and it is said at one time the people that were working at hay beside it the heard music and a great noise and saw [?] men with red caps and there horse frightened at them and they had to go home and leave the hay there.
