  1. St. Stephens day always comes on the 26th December commonly known in this district to be boxing day, On boxing day boys and girls dress up and go out to wren beg. They put on old clothes and an old hat on them and a false face the way people would not know them.
When they do come to the neighbors doors they do dance, sing songs, and play music then people give them money. Also on St, Stephen day the men go out shooting, these last few years a whole lot of people gather up and go out hunting after the fox.
