There was a knock at the door and a head popped out of the window to see who was there. The owner of the head quickly withdrew and in a loud voice yelled "Quick its the new priest! Get the hatchet". The priest flew quickly but was hastily called by the man of the house, who explained why he had called for the hatchet, so the priest sat down and laughed.
