Get an onion and wet a piece of brown paper and roll it up and pull out some of the griosach and leave it there for a half an hour. Lift it and cut it in two halves and throw away one half and eat the other half.
You have to take it for about four nights. You have to throw away one half every night and when you do it takes away the cold and the other brings good health to you.
