    Long ago the bread was made much different to nowadays. The bread is now made from flour which is for from wheat. long ago it was oaten meal bread the people were mostly using.
    The oaten meal was first put in to a bread board and was wet with luke warm water and a grain of salt was shaken on it. Then it was baked on a griddle. A griddle is a flat iron which people in olden times baked bread on it. There is usually a brand
