- My grand-father told me that the most harmful weeds growing in our farm are, thistles, nettles. dock-leaves and scutch grass etc.
Those weeds are harmful because they spread rapidly and keep the crops from growing. There are a lot of herbs growing which can cure disease.
St Patrick's leaf can cure sores, dock-leaves can cure nettle stings, wild parsnips are good for sore backs, dandelion is used for medicine, garlic is good for colds, and water-cress is used as salad and is a blood purifier. Those(continues on next page)- Collector
